Thailand’s leading retail property developer will use integrated property management platform at its i-City project in Malaysia
SINGAPORE, July 31, 2017 – Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) of Thailand will manage its shopping centre in i-City, Malaysia, with Yardi Voyager® 7S, a cloud-based, mobile-enabled property management and accounting platform. Central i-City is CPN’s first international regional shopping centre.
The company’s chief operating officer in Malaysia, Anthony Dylan said that adopting a comprehensive and user-friendly system that allows employees to effectively manage its property will be key in driving operational excellence, a hallmark of CPN’s 30-year illustrious history.
“We believe the Voyager platform provides us the necessary tools to launch and manage Central i-City,” he said.
“Performing property management, accounting, maintenance and other operations in a single programme is a practical solution for us to efficiently manage the shopping centre’s 940,000-square feet of retail space.”
Central i-City Shopping Centre is targeted to open in October 2018.
